В ФЕЧ (10:200) основным названием принято "Berberis vulgaris ssp. orientalis (Schneid.) Takht."; эта точка зрения также принята в GBIF. В POWO и WFO название сведено в синонимы Berberis vulgaris L. В Euro+Med самостоятельность принимается, но с вопросом. М.б. понизить до подвида?
