В базах сейчас вместо этого названия принято Verbascum × semialbum Chaub. - из-за существования более раннего, чем V. × collinum Schrad. (следовательно, незаконного), названия V. collinum Salisb. (которое пусть и само незаконное переименование V. phoeniceum, но действительно) Видимо, нужно последовать
