Такой аспект рыхло облиственненых побегов возможно придают "листья ... по 3 в мутовках, отстоящие и ... часто сопровождаемые пучками пазушных (?) листьев".

Hojas (1)2-7(8) x 0,34(1,3) mm, en verticilos de 3, erecto-patentes, lineares o lanceolado-lineares, raramente -en los tallos gruesos- lanceoladas, tan revolutas que se oculta el enves, glabras, cilioladas, a menudo acompañadas de fascículos de hojas axilares. Sepalos 2-3,5 mm, libres, lanceolados, aquillados, verdosos o purpúreo-verdosos, de margen membranáceo, ciliolados, de aspecto similar a las hojas. |
